  • Required | Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Required | 5+ years' Saut experience in a commercial kitchen

Your day-to-day

As a Line Cook at Alderbrook Resort & Spa, you'll have the opportunity to work with an exceptional culinary team in a beautiful Pacific Northwest setting. Our resort's award-winning restaurant is known for its locally sourced ingredients and innovative menus that showcase the best of the region's flavors.

  • Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
  • Keep a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, saut burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
  • Portion food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
  • Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
