National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. New Mexico Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire - if practicing within this state 1 year of experience (May include clinical portion of training program).
