Respiratory Care SupervisorThe Respiratory Care Supervisor plans, organizes and leads the activities of the department, performs multidisciplinary procedures and provides technical assistance to the staff. The director exercises independent judgement in the interest of CCH and the department. CRT credential and State of Maine RRT license required within 3 months. Clinical experience in respiratory care required. Ability to lead staff, develop strategic plans, projects, equipment purchases, budgets and resource management are a must. Provides a safe working and treatment environment in the department. The Supervisor will be a working supervisor and expected to work some shifts with the other duties as needed.
