Schedule Shifts are from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Job Description The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides treatment, care, and evaluation for patients experiencing respiratory insufficiencies, including conditions such as asthma, pneumonia, and emphysema. This role works within a 558-bed acute care medical/surgical facility, ensuring high-quality respiratory care using various equipment. Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy treatments and care for patients. Utilize equipment including oxygen cylinders, nebulizers, suction machines, CPAP, and BiPAP machines, as well as advanced devices like V60, Servo-1, and Servo-U. Document patient care and treatments using the Meditech system. Collaborate with medical staff to formulate and execute patient care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current and valid RRT license. NBRC certification required. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
