The ideal candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages. This role involves independently managing therapy plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures. Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy. Educate patients and families about respiratory care and therapy goals. Document patient care and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must possess RRT or CRT certification to practice in Virginia. ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications are required prior to start.
