Schedule Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00. On-call required during designated hours on Fridays. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our small community hospital's respiratory therapy department. The ideal candidate will manage patients with respiratory diseases such as emphysema and asthma, providing various non-invasive ventilation and therapy interventions. Responsibilities Manage and operate non-invasive ventilation equipment including Phillips V60 Bipap and Teleflex High Flow Nasal Cannulas. Administer high flow oxygen therapy and aerosol therapy. Perform ABG draws and analysis, and provide chest physiotherapy. Stabilize patients requiring invasive ventilation before transfer to sister facilities. Assist with extubation, tracheostomy care, and pulmonary hygiene. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
