Key Responsibilities:

• Respiratory Assessment and Care: Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer respiratory therapy according to protocols.
• Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and families on respiratory care, treatments, and home management techniques.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive respiratory care.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records to comply with healthcare regulations.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• At least 3 years of respiratory care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
