What you bring as an Assistant Manager (AM):

• Supervise daily restaurant operations

• Ensure high-quality food and service

• Train and schedule team members

• Handle guest relations and resolve issues

• Maintain safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience

• Valid Driver’s License

• Open availability (must work 50+ hrs/week)

• Willingness to travel to NC for training

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
