Apply Today!Starting Wage: $12.85Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager / Executive ChefEquipment: Uniform providedThe Restaurant Associate is to provide guests with an excellent restaurant experience in accordance to the established policies and procedures.Work Performed:TheRestaurant Associatewill be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or specialservices;Ensure prompt and courteous service toguests;Answer telephone calls and process phoneorders;Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus, answering dining related questions, and suggest food and beverageitems;Take food and beverage orders, relay orders to kitchen,and serve food toguests;Coordinate amenity delivery request in connection with the kitchendepartment;Monitors tables in assigned section ensuring allguestsareserved;Address guestcomplaints;Collect and process guestpayments;Totals receipts at end of shift to verify sales and clear cashregister;Ensures tips are reported properly for taxprocessing;Clear dirty table settings and preparetableforresetting;Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen andcondiments;Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness andcleanliness;Assistservicestaff as necessary to service guests in a timelymanner;Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; andAny and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.__________________________________________________When youre an Atrium Associate, youre a part of a crucial workforce providing the ultimate Home Away From Home for our guests.
