Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Restaurant Equipment Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our full range of commercial kitchen and restaurant equipment. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, a solid understanding of the foodservice industry, and the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, bars, and foodservice businesses.
     

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, networking, trade shows, and referrals.
     

  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions (refrigeration, cooking equipment, food machines, bar equipment, etc.).
     

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations.
     

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
     

  • Maintain knowledge of current product lines, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
     

  • Work closely with project managers, installers, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
     

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
     

  • Provide after-sales support to build long-term client relationships.
     

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in restaurant equipment, foodservice supply, or related industries.
     

  • Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and restaurant operations is highly desirable.
     

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
     

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
     

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
     

  • Proficiency with computers and able to learn our quoting software.
     

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to client sites required).
     

 

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
     

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
