About this Role
We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager in Training to join the team. As a General Manager in Training, you will be fully responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving financial performance. This role demands strong business acumen, operational discipline, and a proactive mindset to support both short-term success and long-term growth. The ideal candidate shall have good career stability and a passion for food and customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Drive overall store operations management and support the development of management systems;

Participate in resource coordination and integrated management according to company strategy to ensure orderly business progress;

Monitor industry trends and align with company strategy adjustments to maintain and enhance market competitiveness;

Promote the brand's local market presence and foster customer relationships and positive reputation;

Act as a bridge between strategy and operations to continuously improve management effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management; experience in managing large chain restaurant locations is preferred;

Must be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (verbally and written) in English and Mandarin;

Have analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, problem solving and execution skills;

Proficiency in cost control, team building, and customer service excellence.
