Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service, to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue, manage inventory, and uphold health and safety standards.
- Train and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to support business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee and grow daily operations
- Curate a competitive and inspiring beverage menu, namely a wine program
- Build and lead a motivated, guest-inspired team
- Establish and maintain service standards in line with group expectations
- Interact with guests and gather feedback
- Ability to problem solve and pivot to daily needs
- Complying with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests
- Controlling cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation
- Scheduling labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed as needed and labor cost objectives are met.
- Controlling costs and usage by following proper requisition of products from storage areas, product storage procedures, standard recipes, and waste control procedures.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced casual dining restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and pricing strategies.
- Comfortable with technology, including POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
