Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Hostesses. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a positive and memorable first impression. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests throughout the dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Monitor dining room occupancy and assist in coordinating with servers to ensure timely service.
- Handle phone inquiries and assist with reservations.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
