Compensation: $58,000 - $70,000 base salary ++

A growing full-service restaurant chain seeks a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join their thriving team! Key Responsibilities:- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve high-performance standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management and vendor relationships.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Analyze financial metrics (sales, labor, inventory) to drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
- Optimize staff schedules to balance service quality and labor costs.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to enhance customer loyalty.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an assistant management role within a full-service restaurant.
- Stability: No more than two employers in the last five years or three in the last nine (exceptions made for restaurant closures/sales).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and inventory management.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to engage with the local community to drive sales and build relationships.
