Compensation: $58,000 - $70,000 base salary ++

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve high-performance standards.

• Oversee inventory management and vendor relationships.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Analyze financial metrics (sales, labor, inventory) to drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
• Optimize staff schedules to balance service quality and labor costs.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to enhance customer loyalty.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an assistant management role within a full-service restaurant.
• Stability: No more than two employers in the last five years or three in the last nine (exceptions made for restaurant closures/sales).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and inventory management.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to engage with the local community to drive sales and build relationships.
