Located 30 miles north of downtown Dallas, Omni PGA Frisco Resort is the largest resort currently in development in the country. Opening spring 2023, the resort will feature 500 guest rooms and suites, 10 four-bedroom ranch houses, three pools, including an adults-only rooftop infinity pool, a destination spa, Lounge by Top Golf, and over 127,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. An expansive retail and entertainment district will feature dining, shopping and an outdoor stage set to be activated for concerts and outdoor programming. Job Description:
Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a Restaurant Manager | Ice House (Beer Garden) to join our team. Omni Frisco PGA Resort will provide north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 new food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district. Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course, we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining, events, and entertainment.

Ice House
is a Frisco beer garden featuring smokehouse barbeque, burgers, and high energy food that is meant to be shared. Its an indoor/outdoor bar with hitting bays and Texas sized frozen drinks and ice-cold draft beers.


The Restaurant Manager is to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures and lead a team of associates to provide memorable experiences to both guests and team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assigned shift, assisting in overall management.
  • Complete environmental checklist for dining room.
  • Spot check liquor pars.
  • Order daily supplies.
  • Hold pre-meal meetings.
  • Follow up on established training steps.
  • Handle guest comments and complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Stay on the floor during peak hours.
  • Communicate with guests and receive feedback.
  • Observe, teach and elevate staffs service.
  • Monitor each guest experience.
  • Examine food preparation and beverage presentation.
  • Maintain condition of dining room.
  • Scheduling, completing weekly payroll, and forecasting both weekly and monthly.
  • Participate in interviewing new employees as needed.
  • Prepare maintenance request and follow-up.
  • Monitor food and liquor requisitions and food waste.
  • Check bar controls, shot glass use, red lining, and bottles totally empty daily.
  • Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
  • Must know emergency procedures and work to prevent accidents.
Qualifications:
  • 4 years+ leadership experience in a Restaurant General Manager role is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in a sports bar is required.
  • Must have previous experience in a busy, fast paced working environment.
  • Must have the ability to manage deadlines and support a team.
  • Understanding of Food and Beverage financials including cost and par controls is required.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail as well as strong customer service skills.
  • Must have understanding of beer, wine, and cocktail beverage creation knowledge.
  • Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC or obtain upon hire.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift.
  • Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects of moderate weight without assistance.
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors.
