Job Summary
Offshore Montauk is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant operation beginning Summer Season 2026.
This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in a high-energy seasonal environment and is interested in a year-round position with flexibility during the winter months. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, delivering a guest experience aligned with Offshore Montauk’s refined, relaxed coastal style.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations including service, staffing, and floor management
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing front-of-house team
- Maintain elevated service standards in a fast-paced seasonal environment
- Partner with the Leadership Team on service standards, programming, and overall performance
- Manage labor, cost controls, and overall P&L performance
- Ensure compliance with DOH, safety, and sanitation standards
- Drive a strong service culture during peak summer operations
Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant GM or senior FOH leader
- Experience in high-volume or seasonal markets preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Financial acumen across labor and cost management
- Detail-oriented with a guest-first mindset
Compensation
- $110-150k plus bonus based on experience
Schedule
- Full-time, including weekends and holidays during peak season
- Year-round role with flexibility for winter time off
