As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the helm of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while fostering a positive and productive workplace. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Leading and mentoring a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
- Implementing and enforcing health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Addressing guest concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.

- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
