Location: Shrewsbury Massachusetts

Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 per year + benefits

A well-established, chef-driven restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team. This fast-growing brand is known for its scratch kitchen, extensive gluten-free and allergy-friendly offerings, and unwavering commitment to hospitality.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service
  • Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Maintain exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and operational excellence
  • Uphold stringent food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
  • Drive team performance through coaching, training, and accountability
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work culture rooted in growth and collaboration


What You Bring

  • Experience: Previous restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager level or higher preferred)
  • Education: Associate degree in hospitality, restaurant management, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Hospitality Mindset: A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Operations Knowledge: Understanding of both FOH and BOH functions is a plus
  • Certifications: ServSafe and Allergy Certifications required
  • Availability: Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and 10-hour shifts
