Career Path and Pay Ranges Restaurant Manager - $63,000 to $80,000 (plus continuous service bonuses and a $6,000 annual bonus for having a 4-year degree) District Manager (2-3 restaurants) - $83,000-$113,000 (average time to promotion 1-2 years) Division Manager (6-9 restaurants) - $109,000-$138,000 (average time to promotion 3-5 years) Company Stock Ownership Unique opportunity to invest in Waffle House stock via payroll deductions of up to 10% of your income (eligible after 90 days or when promoted to Restaurant Manager).
