Now Hiring: Service Manager
Were currently looking for a high-energy, systems-minded Service Manager who can help us lead our team, build a positive and collaborative culture, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.
What Youll Do:
- Lead daily service operations with confidence, clarity, and charisma
- Coach, mentor, and grow team members through hands-on training and feedback
- Drive excellence in hospitalityevery shift, every guest
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
- Support seamless communication between service and culinary teams
- Create a vibe thats welcoming, upbeat, and on-brand for Taco Boy
- 25 years of high-volume, full-service or upscale-casual restaurant management experience
- A track record of strong leadership and a passion for developing people
- Calm, upbeat energy even under pressure
- Solid understanding of P&L, labor and cost control, and inventory systems
- Experience writing schedules and running effective pre-shifts
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Bonus points if you have BOH/kitchen management experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items
