$125K + Bonus | Total Package with bonus worth $200K | Relocation Package Available for the right candidate!
Our elite client is a leading Restoration & Reconstruction company looking for an experienced General Manager or Operations Manager from a home-services industry — restoration, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or construction — to lead operations for a fast-growing restoration company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all field and office operations.
- Manage job scheduling, costing, and quality control.
- Recruit, train, and lead production and customer-service teams.
- Drive profitability and efficiency through systems and KPIs.
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic growth initiatives.
- 5+ years in a leadership role in restoration, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, construction or a related trade.
- Strong background in team leadership, dispatch, and customer service.
- Experience with P&L, job costing, and operational metrics.
- Bonus: exposure to insurance claims or restoration work (not required).
- $125K base + bonus.
- PTO, health, dental, vision, IRA.
- Total package worth $200K.
- Relocation package available for the right candidate.
