A rapidly growing Water, Fire, and Mold Mitigation & Restoration company in the Baltimore area is seeking a highly skilled Restoration Project Foreman. This role offers the opportunity to lead and supervise field crews while ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate combines technical restoration expertise with strong leadership, documentation, and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and work alongside crews on water, fire, and mold restoration projects, including water extraction, demolition, structural drying, fire and smoke cleanup, and mold remediation.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Communicate restoration plans clearly to homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters, while securing all required documentation and signatures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate project documentation, including notes, moisture readings, sketches, photos, and updates.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and deliver results that meet both client expectations and company standards.
  • Oversee large-loss and multi-unit projects, providing effective job scoping and estimating.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation/restoration.
  • IICRC Certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD) strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing crews and projects, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Experience handling large-loss projects (5,000+ sq. ft. or multi-unit) a strong plus.
  • Proficient in scoping, estimating, and using restoration software for documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically capable of working in demanding restoration environments.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
  • Professional references from previous employers required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $70,000 $100,000 annually, based on experience, certifications, and skills
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and personal time

  • AFLAC supplemental plans available
  • Overtime pay (time-and-a-half) for hours over 40 per week
