Your Role: Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ properties are restored quickly, efficiently, and stress-free. You’ll oversee multiple projects at once, working closely with homeowners, insurance companies, and subcontractors to deliver top-notch restoration services.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Manage multiple restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
✔️ Develop and maintain project budgets and cost controls.
✔️ Hire and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
✔️ Order materials and ensure timely job completion.
✔️ Keep clients and insurance representatives informed with clear communication.
✔️ Ensure all permits and regulations are met.
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation and update project software.
✔️ Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
✔️ Attend team meetings and work-in-progress sessions to track project status.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in project management, construction, or restoration.
✅ Strong organizational & leadership skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Understanding of insurance restoration processes (a plus!).
