We are seeking a Restoration/Remediation Project Manager to join our Team.  The Project Manager will work on all jobs sites along side of the Technicians as well as oversee all aspects of the job. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects at the jobsite including Technicians, equipment, safety practices, etc.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop project teams.
• Make sure all trucks are clean, organized, stocked and loaded for the jobs at hand.
• Interact with Customers to secure related paperwork is filled out & signed.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Work along side the Technicians to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
• Keep equipment clean and ready at all times.
• Keep Warehouse clean, organized and inventory maintained.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to industry standards and Customers satisfaction.
• Ensure that job site is clean, all debris removed and all equipment and tools are retrieved.
• Ensure that all job paperwork and photos are completed.
• Conduct walkthrough at the end of each day and document progress to meet job completion deadline. 
• Conduct final walkthrough at completion of job.  
• Securing a signed Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from the customer. 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in remediation/restoration or related fields.
• Strong team leadership abilities.
• Deadline and quality detail-oriented. 
• Capable of managing while working alongside Technicians.
• Customer service oriented.
• Organization and time management.
• English speaking
