Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.Job DescriptionDesign, deploy, and manage endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms to support retail and e-commerce operationsConfigure and maintain mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management platforms (such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar solutions)Develop and implement device configuration policies, security standards, and compliance requirements aligned with organizational and regulatory guidelinesAutomate routine endpoint management tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) to improve operational efficiencyManage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, onboarding, updates, patch management, and decommissioningMonitor endpoint health, security posture, and performance metrics; analyze data to identify and resolve issues proactivelyCollaborate with IT security teams to ensure endpoint devices meet security standards and compliance requirementsProvide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues; maintain detailed documentation of configurations and resolutionsManage Active Directory and identity management systems to ensure proper user access and device authenticationCoordinate with retail store managers and e-commerce teams to understand technology needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiencyStay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and vendor updates in endpoint managementQualifications3-5 years of professional experience in endpoint management, IT infrastructure, or systems administrationStrong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID.
