Duluth Kitchen Co is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Retail Management Intern to support daily store operations and gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of the business. This internship is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, likes working with people, and wants real‑world experience in retail leadership, merchandising, operations, and customer service. You’ll work closely with our team to support store presentation, freight, guest interactions, and day‑to‑day execution while learning how strong retail teams create exceptional customer experiences. At Duluth Kitchen Co, we believe how we work matters just as much as what we do. We value respect, clear communication, accountability, and teamwork. Internship Responsibilities Supporting guests across multiple store locations as scheduled Assisting with incoming freight in a timely and organized manner Completing daily operational tasks based on store priorities Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining store standards Staying calm and solution‑focused during busy periods or unexpected issues Helping maintain clean, safe, and welcoming sales floor and stockroom areas Qualifications Open availability, including daytime, evenings, and weekends Willingness to work across multiple store locations as needed Must be at least 18 years of age Skills You’ll Build (and Bring) Dependability and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organization and attention to detail Problem‑solving and multitasking skills Basic computer/internet proficiency Basic math and cash‑handling skills Flexibility to support a variety of tasks and locations Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Frequent standing, bending, walking, and carrying merchandise #J-18808-Ljbffr
