The Retail Marketing Manager for HEYDUDE The Retail Marketing Manager for HEYDUDE reports to the Director, North American Commercial Marketing and is responsible for driving traffic and brand impact across HEYDUDE’s owned retail outlets and Icon store. This role translates global brand strategy into regional retail activations, leads integrated retail marketing planning, and partners closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue goals. What You’ll Do Build annual and seasonal retail marketing plans that deliver on both brand and business objectives. Lead traffic‑driving initiatives including mall marketing, grassroots programs, media, and influencer activations. Translate global marketing objectives into regional retail programs that improve customer acquisition and retention. Leverage data‑driven insights to inform retail marketing campaigns, activation strategies, and optimization opportunities. Drive cross‑functional coordination and execution with Retail Sales, Product, Merchandising, Creative, Finance, and VM partners. Support the ideation, briefing, and execution of compelling, consumer‑centric retail content and activations. Help manage third‑party retail selling events and the collaboration amongst internal and external teams 2-3 times per year. Contribute to store profitability and traffic growth through effective retail marketing plans and in‑store events. Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and continuous improvement opportunities. Build and manage external partner relationships, including vendors, retail developers, and third‑party activations. Lead multiple projects simultaneously within a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. Manage and develop 1–2 direct reports through coaching, prioritization, and performance feedback. What You’ll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in brand and/or retail marketing. Strong background in brand marketing with demonstrated expertise in creative briefing and campaign execution. Proven track record of developing and executing programs that drive retail traffic and business results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into marketing strategy. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Advanced PowerPoint and presentation‑building skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Collaborative, proactive working style with strong problem‑solving capabilities. Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
