Retail Sales Advisor – The Galleria (Houston, TX) Savage X Fenty is hiring a passionate Retail Sales Advisor to deliver a best‑class service experience in our first IRL locations. You will play a pivotal role in creating a fearless, confident, and inclusive environment for our customers. Responsibilities Elevate the service experience by embodying our values and brand ethos, fostering a welcoming culture for diverse customers. Actively engage guests and VIP members through body‑positive, product‑knowledgeable interactions. Stay informed on the XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions, and benefits. Collaborate with Store Leaders and Sales Team to achieve store performance targets. Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to support a streamlined customer journey. Provide feedback to the leadership team for continuous improvement of customer and team experience. Support inventory controls by accurately receiving/transferring product, joining inventory counts, and maintaining an organized back‑of‑house. Strive for excellence by improving daily customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. Meet and exceed individual performance goals. Required Skills and Qualifications 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in lingerie or intimates. Positive, growth‑mindset attitude toward ambiguity and challenges. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Tech‑savvy or comfortable with technology as part of daily responsibilities. Self‑directed, highly motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team‑selling environment. Capability to perform required physical tasks: constant moving, standing for at least two hours, occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
