Retail Part-Time Sales Lead - Fabletics (Fashion Valley - San Diego, CA)

Job Overview Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our location at Fashion Valley in San Diego, CA. In this role you will lead a small team of associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience and help propel our store performance. Responsibilities Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers in meaningful ways, propelling knowledge on the fabrics, features, fit and function of our product. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including event promotions and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations. Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates in meeting and exceeding individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the overall customer experience. Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and enhance the customer purchase journey. Participate in providing feedback to continuously improve the business. Strive for excellence and meet store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs). Qualifications At least one year of work experience within a retail environment (prior retail management experience a plus). Knowledge of, or familiarity with, active‑lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition and other healthy activities. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to socially interact with customers, employees and business partners inside and outside the store. Ability to work with large teams and multi‑task while setting priorities and working well under pressure. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise. Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others. Flexibility in work hours; willingness to work evenings, weekends and national holidays. Minimum age 18 years.
