Project ManagerHoschton, GAOur client is a commercial general contractor looking for a project manager to help propel their retail construction division. The project manager in this role will specialize in renovation, remodel, and ground up projects. Candidates should be comfortable managing several projects at a time.Project Manager Responsibilities:Provide management oversight for all phases of construction projects from beginning to end.Develop and manage project budget to ensure job profitability.Manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously.Determine and define scope of work and deliverables and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to reach profitable agreements.Allocate and manage resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction project with attention to budgetary limitations.Project Manager Requirements:Five years or more of proven experience as a Project Manager in Retail construction.A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.Bilingual English & Spanish requiredProject Manager Compensation$100K - $120K base salaryMedical, Dental, and vision insurance401(K) retirement plansBonus opportunities
