We have an opening for a Retail Regulatory Admin on 1st shift at our Port Washington, WI location.
The Retail Regulatory Admin will work with Regulatory Management to develop, implement, and maintain compliance to Federal, State, and Local regulations for FDA, EPA, DNR, OSHA, and other regulating organizations. They will assist in the overall support and maintenance of customer specific regulatory compliance requirements.

We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years’ experience with OSHA, EPA, or FDA compliance administration. A Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field and 5+ years related experience and/or training is preferred. Candidates should have experience with SDS coordination and be familiar with Regulatory compliance regulations. Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook is a must.

Essential Functions

  • Attend Retail meetings and communicate timelines to Quality and Regulatory. 
  • Management of Retail portals to ensure quality/regulatory compliance. 
  • Direct Communication with Retailers to obtain required documentation. 
  • Assist with Managing Pre-Product as well as Post Product testing requirements. 
  • Work with Retail to obtain substantiation statements. 
  • Monitor KTP product changes and communicate to retailers to ensure accuracy within portals. 
  • Ensure KTP is compliant with specifications for retail and KTP branded products. 
  • Monitor and inform the organization of Regulatory compliance changes for all federal, state, local and customer requirements. 
  • Perform data trending/analysis (where necessary) to support internal audit program and other functional groups within KTP. 
  • Perform follow-up, where necessary, on status of audit observations. 
  • Conduct internal audits as necessary to ensure compliance (training record reviews, plant inspections, or corporate audits). 
  • Assist with regulatory compliance record filing and maintenance. 
  • Conduct studies according to government protocols; research EPA, OSHA, International, and FDA laws to ensure compliance. 
  • Participate in compliance activities within the company during and after inspections or during regulatory action by a government agency. 
  • Assist in ensuring Regulatory compliance to all federal, state, and local regulatory and customer specific requirements. 
  • Assist with management of change when necessary. 
  • Assist in International registration and listing compliance programs. 
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience with OSHA, EPA, or FDA compliance administration.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field and 5+ years related experience and/or training is preferred. 
  • Experience with SDS coordination. 
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with great attention to details. 
  • Familiar with Regulatory compliance regulations. 
  • Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook.  
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information. 
  • Additional qualifications (preferred, but not required): 
    • Experience with coordinating compliance activities and training. 
    • Experience writing and reviewing policies and procedures. 
    • Experience facilitating or participating in committees and teams. 
    • Experience with conducting audits and inspections. 
    • Experience in International Regulations.
