Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Exceed sales targets and contribute to company objectives by developing and nurturing new and existing customer relationships, fostering brand loyalty.
Provide exceptional customer experiences by establishing a genuine connection, paying attention to detail, and delivering personalized and unique shopping experiences that result in customer satisfaction.
Actively participate in cultivating a positive store environment, building strong and professional relationships with peers and management.
Take pride in maintaining the store's appearance, taking the initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, while ensuring the security of all company assets under your control.
Promote inclusivity by treating customers and colleagues with respect and contributing to an inclusive culture.
Needs to be available to start before 02/26/2024
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Embrace new technology and adapt to changes with a high level of accuracy.
Take self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and demonstrating a drive to meet goals.
Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
