What This Role Is About Retail Sales Consultants: Engage customers and uncover real needs Recommend products and services that solve real problems Coordinate services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout Work closely with Repair Technicians to ensure seamless service Contribute to daily store performance and team success This role combines customer interaction, product knowledge, and professional sales development in a structured environment.
