This job is located in Framingham, MA, USA 

The Appliance Sales Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales of home appliances, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of various home appliances, a passion for helping customers find the right products, and at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Educate customers on product features and benefits
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Work with and in support of your team members (internal & external)
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business and administration or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous experience in retail sales required (minimum 2 years)
• MS software package (word & excel)
• Ability to learn EPass and transactional software
