Summary:

• Open and close the store

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through top-tier service

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

• Respond to customer and stakeholder emails and inquiries

• Process POS transactions and merchandise returns

• Manage freight and inter-store markdown transfers

• Maintain organized stockroom and prepare store inventory

• Prepare and process customer orders

• Assist in identifying and resolving customer needs

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education/experience)

• 1+ year of related work experience (or equivalent)
