Job Overview As a Shoe Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our Women's Shoe department. Your primary responsibilities include quickly locating and delivering requested products to selling colleagues, maintaining a clean and organized department, and providing exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and teamwork. We are looking for flexible team players able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, juggle multiple tasks, and work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Full‑time colleagues typically work 30+ hours per week; part‑time colleagues typically work 12–24 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. What You Will Do Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience. Conduct sales transactions, including operating cash registers, handling payments, and processing exchanges or returns. Deliver a great customer experience by quickly and accurately pulling orders from the stockroom and staging them for sales colleagues. Assist in locating and pulling merchandise to fulfill digital customer orders. Maintain an orderly and visually appealing store by arranging and replenishing displays. Ensure the stock room is organized, process new and damaged items, perform shoe inventory, and scan items back into stock. Maintain accurate pricing and signage throughout the department, using technology to update product prices, promotions, and information in accordance with company guidelines and policies. Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. Who You Are Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers. Self‑starter able to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs. Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors. Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English. Be resourceful and responsive to changing priorities. Work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Physical Requirements Heavy lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50 lbs. Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
