About the RoleWe are looking for a Retention Marketing Expert to own and scale our customer lifecycle marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for driving repeat purchases, increasing customer lifetime value (LTV), and building strong post-purchase engagement strategies in a fast-growing D2C environment.You will manage retention across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, loyalty programs, and post-purchase journeys, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing strategyBuild and optimize automation flows including:Welcome journeysRefill & replenishment remindersWin-back campaignsCross-sell & upsell flowsVIP & loyalty journeysDrive improvements in repeat purchase rate, retention, and LTVSegment users using cohort analysis, RFM analysis, and behavioral dataDesign and manage loyalty and referral programsRun A/B tests and experiments on:MessagingTimingOffersChannel mixTrack and report on key retention KPIs:Retention rateRepeat purchase rateLTVRevenue from lifecycle campaignsCAC to LTV ratioRequired Skills & Qualifications3–6 years of experience in Retention/CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, preferably in D2CStrong understanding of customer journey mappingHands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, HubSpot, or similarExperience managing WhatsApp, Email, and SMS automation flowsStrong analytical skills with experience in cohort and RFM analysisData-driven mindset with experimentation experienceAbility to translate insights into actionable marketing campaignsPreferred QualificationsExperience in subscription-based or repeat-purchase brandsUnderstanding of basic SQL or analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)Experience working closely with performance marketing and product teamsWhat We OfferOpportunity to build and own retention strategy in a growing D2C brandHigh ownership and decision-making powerCollaborative and performance-driven cultureCompetitive compensationLocation: ZirakpurDepartment: Growth / Marketing
