Retrofit Designer Apply
Osmosis ACD is one of the industrys leading Retrofit (Energy Efficiency) PAS 2035 providers.
We employ some of the best Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators, and deliver outstanding customer service and technical compliance to all our clients. Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Retrofit Designer to join our Design Team.
Working within our technical team, you will bring a passion for property design, construction knowledge, and help bring together the Retrofit Design packages needed for PAS 2035 compliance.
The successful candidate will be experienced in drawing multiple technical details and technical property drawings for presentation to clients.
A previous knowledge of retrofit measures, and/or 3D point cloud processing and development is desired but not essential. The candidate must, at least, have good knowledge about the current UK building regulations.
This is a permanent, full-time, remote working position, however, site visits may be required, as well as attendance at team meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 30,000.00 up to 40,000.00 per year for the right candidate.

- Monday to Friday

Experience required:
- Revit: minimum 1 year demonstrable experience required.
- Technical knowledge of the construction industry and UK building regulations.
To be considered, the candidate must live in the UK.
A portfolio, or some examples of previous works, along your CV, would be welcomed.
