Review customer returns are quality, condition and product details before processing returns. Prep customer returns to be resold. This includes, re-boxing, poly bagging, some cleaning etc. Manage reimbursement claims with e-commerce platforms on behalf of the company following our SOPs and TOS. Maintain an organized, clean work environment. Upload returns to our inventory using listing tool software (training provided).
