Revenue Accountant

Responsibilities Update revenue data from upstream systems, including data structure analysis, cleansing, and enrichment. Research missing data and add it to the automated revenue accounting system (REVPRO). Validate REVPRO and reconcile it to upstream systems such as D365, Oracle, and for monthly transactions. Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition principles to analyze revenue contracts and transactions within REVPRO. Close REVPRO system monthly and run REVPRO reports. Review revenue system reports, including negative revenue waterfall and Salesforce reports. Manage large data sets from REVPRO reports. Support system projects and external audits by participating in UAT testing, preparing documentation, and responding to audit requests. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Minimum of 3 years of overall work experience in finance close operations, financial statements, and/or revenue recognition. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements. Basic understanding of ASC 606 GAAP revenue guidance is desirable. Demonstrated ability and interest in learning new systems and data tools. Strong attention to detail and superior written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with different data sources such as ERP systems (D365, Oracle) using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF statements. Experience working with revenue management systems like REVPRO (Zuora) and Salesforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
