You will proactively integrate our data insights and provide recommendations across all stages of the sales funnel.QualificationsYour Qualifications and Experience:Willing to work hybrid at the office 1 day/week5+ years relevant experience across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations and/or FinanceKnowledge of Dynamics 365 or equivalent CRM PlatformProficiency in ExcelAble to form strong working relationships across matrix team structureStrong Analytical and Data skills with the ability surface actionable trendsClear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on prioritiesAbility to collaborate with senior management and cross functional stakeholdersManagement of multiple priorities and able to perform effectively under pressureInfluencing others with strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving business problemsAppreciation of best practice Sales & Marketing metricsAdditional InformationWe are a people-first community that nurtures all the areas that surround your working experience.
