Compensation: $130K – $155K base + performance bonus ($160K – $210K+ total)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will own the revenue operating system across multiple commercial service companies under RevealiQ.
Your responsibility is simple:
- Nothing breaks. Nothing gets missed. Everything moves forward.
- You are the person who ensures the system works—every single day.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and own HubSpot as the single source of truth
- Design and enforce pipelines across all business units
- Build workflows that drive revenue:
- Lead → Follow-up
- Close → Expansion
- Site Visit → Asset Capture
- Ensure every deal has:
- A clear next step
- Clean, accurate data
- Follow-up scheduled
- Identify breakdowns immediately and fix them
- Hold the team accountable for using the system correctly

COMPENSATION
- Base: $130K – $155K
- Bonus: $30K – $70K+
- Total: $160K – $210K+
