Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary? Summary Lead Payload Analysis efforts and run test cases for payload initialization on assigned payloads. Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to manage Payload Risks and Opportunities. Lead relevant studies and opportunities to ensure successful payload milestones. Work closely with customers to ensure payload products meet program requirements and deadlines. Requirements Active Top Secret (TS) required. Preference for TS/SCI with CI Poly. TS-only candidates may be considered if able to obtain and maintain SCI and CI Poly (program approval required). Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a STEM-related field. Ability to develop and analyze technical requirements and allocate functions down to satellite subsystems/components. Experience with MATLAB or other coding languages. Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR). Desired Skills Strong team player, able to work in cross-functional teams toward common goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience defining end-to-end performance and functionality of RF payloads/subsystems. Proficiency in developing specifications and interface definitions for digitally processed RF payloads. Experience defining external interfaces for antennas, RF components, receivers/transmitters, and digital processors. Experience certifying and delivering RF payloads/subsystems to the customer. Proven ability to execute major milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.). Experience with AI/ML data analysis techniques. Proficiency in Python programming. Preference for candidates with TS/SCI Poly; TS-only candidates will be considered if they can obtain and maintain SCI and Poly.
