  • Utilize vector analyzer grade equipment to conduct tests on materials and electrical components.
  • Perform tests on materials and document results in a detailed, accurate manner.
  • Create test reports with summaries, collaborating with engineering teams when necessary for complex analyses.
  • Submit test reports for approval by engineering leads and business development teams.
  • Ensure reports are prepared and submitted in a timely manner to clients or customers.
  • Maintain and manage digital ecosystem environment infrastructure for testing systems.
  • Oversee test record database, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.
  • Support and conduct customer application tests within microwave system test lines, specifically focusing on high energy microwave systems.
  • Execute tests following outlined protocols and standards.
  • Record test results systematically, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Draw conclusions from test results and identify any trends or anomalies.
  • Generate and deliver comprehensive test reports based on the findings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with vector analyzer grade equipment and testing instrumentation.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical testing methods and report creation.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and database management systems for tracking test data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams (engineering, business development, and customers).
  • Experience with microwave systems and high-energy applications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data analytics as applied to industrial systems is highly desirable.

Work Environment:

  • The role involves both laboratory and office-based tasks.
  • Adherence to safety protocols is mandatory in all laboratory and testing environment
