They are a Berkley spin-out focused on cutting-edge wireless microchips for phased arrays. With unique technology, power consumption is reduced by up to 4x across sectors like 5G, SATCOM, and automotive radar.Responsibilities:Design, test, and architect mmWave circuits for RF front-end blocks.Perform system-level modeling of phased arrays and related components.Conduct EM simulations and RF testing.Requirements:Strong experience in mmWave circuit design (LNAs, PAs, VGAs, etc.).Proficiency with mmWave EDA tools and design flows.Strong theoretical expertise in multi-antenna wireless systems.Experience with high-frequency PA design and multi-antenna signal chain modeling.Familiarity with RF technology nodes and past tapeouts.If you are interested but do not quite fit all the requirements, we still encourage you to apply
