PAY RANGE:

**Starting at $20.00/hr DOE

Join our team at Ewing Outdoor Supply as a Senior Hardscape Service Professional! In this role, you will lead and supervise hardscape projects while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and quality workmanship. You will be responsible for guiding a team in selling and distributing various hardscape materials such as pavers, stones, and retaining walls, while upholding the standards and values of our 101-year-old family-owned business. Your expertise will help deliver aesthetically pleasing and durable outdoor solutions, creating outdoor living spaces that our clients love.

Your commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction will be pivotal as you liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide project estimates, and oversee all installation operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist hardscape customers with projects from start to finish
  • Engage with clients to understand their vision and provide them with expert advice
  • Assist in training and mentoring other team members in the hardscape category
  • Ensure quality control and promote industry standards
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering materials as needed
  • Implement safety practices and protocols for equipment and property
  • Regularly assess customer's project progress and address any challenges proactively
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hardscape materials
  • Strong understanding of landscaping and hardscaping techniques
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills for project estimating
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Ability to lift heavy materials (50-70 lbs)
  • Excellent physical condition and coordination
  • Comfortable working in a non climate controlled enviroment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Certifications related to hardscaping or landscaping
