Join a national insurance and risk services organization focused on evaluating exposures and improving outcomes across large, complex commercial accounts. They are seeking a seasoned construction-focused Loss Control professional to support key accounts and drive profitability through risk assessment, service strategy, and loss mitigation. What you’ll do Lead loss control strategy and service delivery across assigned accounts Assess post-bind risk needs and implement mitigation plans Monitor loss trends and support retention and profitability goals Coordinate internal and external risk resources and vendors Support underwriting teams on GL, WC, Auto, and Product Liability exposures Participate in pre-sale discussions for complex accounts Conduct occasional field-based risk evaluations The Ideal Candidate Has 10+ years in risk control, insurance, or industrial risk management Strong construction casualty experience required Carrier or broker background is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of GL, WC, Auto, and Product Liability Understanding of how risk impacts pricing and loss performance Experience working with brokers, underwriters, and clients Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple complex accounts CPCU, ARM, CRM, CSP, CFPS, CIH a plus You’ll Receive Competitive compensation and full benefits High autonomy with meaningful underwriting exposure Opportunity to work with top-tier national accounts in a highly visible role We’re actively scheduling interviews.
