What You Will DoMarket & Industry ResearchConduct comprehensive research on macroeconomic trends, competitor behavior, industry developments, and geopolitical risks.Monitor global and regional events with potential impact on the company’s risk exposure.Risk Trend Analysis & Scenario BuildingSupport development of macroeconomic scenarios for enterprise risk stress testing.Analyze how external risk factors influence internal exposures (e.g., credit, liquidity, market risk).Regulatory AlignmentEnsure market research outputs meet OJK, BI, and Basel, IFRS expectations on external risk consideration.Maintain documentation and audit trail for research sources, models, and assumptions.Stakeholder Communication & Insight DeliveryCoordinate with risk owners, business units, and finance to integrate external insights into planning.Present findings and risk implications in cross-functional and executive-level forums.Data Management & ToolsOversee acquisition and maintenance of credible data sources (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, BI,OJK Statistic).Ensure research tools and models are updated and accurate for market analysis.Team Leadership & DevelopmentGuide and mentor team members in market analysis, data interpretation, and risk communication.Plan and implement capability-building programs relevant to economic and market research.Who We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Physics/Engineering from reputable universityMin. 2-5 years experience as Risk Analyst, especially in Risk Operation or Credit Risk with exposure in risk modellingFamiliar with data processing tools like Microsoft Excel, SPSS, PowerBI, or TableauExperience in financial services, insurance, multifinance industry or mining industryStrong exposure to business decision-making through dataHold a Risk Management Certification will be an advantage
