N-Sea is looking for a Risk Manager to join our team.As a Risk Manager at N-Sea, you will take a leading role within multidisciplinary Tender Teams and Project Teams, guiding them in applying robust Risk Management practices throughout the full project lifecycle. From tender initiation through project execution and completion, you will ensure N-Sea’s Risk Management processes are followed and continuously improved.You will challenge teams constructively, provide valuable insights that influence bid/no-bid decisions, contract negotiations, and execution strategies, and ultimately contribute to safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery in line with client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Take the lead in Risk Management processes within N-Sea’s tenders and projects, working closely with Tender Managers and Project ManagersEnsure N-Sea’s Risk Management processes are followed throughout tenders and project lifecyclesActively challenge teams on risk identification, mitigation measures, and risk-associated costsFacilitate risk sessions to identify, categorize, qualify, quantify, prioritize, and mitigate risks and opportunitiesApply logistical simulations, such as Monte Carlo analysis, to support effective Risk ManagementSupport project teams in implementing and following up on risk mitigation measuresPopulate, update, and maintain project risk & opportunities registersAttend and/or lead risk-related meetings with clients and other internal and external stakeholdersStay informed on developments within the field of Risk EngineeringPromote a culture of proactive Risk Management across all N-Sea business linesContribute to continuous improvement of Risk Management processes and toolsEnsure all work is performed in accordance with N-Sea’s Document Management System, client requirements, and applicable standards and regulationsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Energy, or a comparable discipline (or equivalent industry experience)Strong affinity with, or experience in, the Renewable Energy, Offshore Energy, or Maritime industryProven experience with Monte Carlo analysis or other logistical simulation techniquesStrong analytical, proactive, solution-oriented, and innovative mindsetWillingness to raise critical issues and challenge assumptions when necessaryGood communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsHands-on approach with a strong team-player mentalityProfessional attitude towards Health & SafetyProficiency in English, both written and spokenWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A great team of passionate colleagues.A supportive and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to be part of a company that values innovation and sustainability.About N-SeaN-Sea is an integrated total subsea solutions provider in Survey, UXO ID & Disposal IRM & Construction, Subsea Cable Repair & Installation.
