Together, we can drive innovation and safeguard the future of Nordic finance.” Your responsibilities Participate in and facilitate key risk management processes and report across the organisation Support the business in identifying and assessing various types of risks Explore and analyze emerging risk areas to ensure forward-looking and proactive risk mitigation Contribute to the development and monitoring of controls alongside business teams, fulfilling oversight responsibilities as an independent risk function Focus on ICT-related risks while engaging in a variety of tasks within a compact, collaborative team Provide and contribute to staff training, awareness and education on risk management practices Collaborate regularly with international colleagues within the Euroclear Group Apply knowledge of risk management frameworks and tools, and maintain a general understanding of relevant regulatory requirements Demonstrate eagerness to develop professionally, learn new skills, and maintain a strong interest in the risk management field What We Are Looking For We are looking for a person who has preferably already gained some years of relevant working experience within financial industry, potentially within the field of risk management or compliance. Alternatively, you have good knowledge about ICT and related frameworks, such as DORA, and can already have experience in ICT controls and oversight. You possess integrity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can effectively manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining quality. You are comfortable challenging others and working across all organizational levels. Expertise in key risk areas, including operational, ICT, cyber, strategic, and project risks, as well as experience with digitalization, AI, resilience, and DLT is advantageous. The person we are looking for should ideally have At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience (e.g. within the field of risk management, compliance, ICT, new financial area technologies or similar) Relevant educational background, risk management, ICT or similar certification is an asset General understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements High integrity and ability to look at matters objectively Eye on details while also seeing the bigger picture Ability to work both independently and as part of the team as well as create networks in the organisation Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Finnish and English Ability to work in a fast pace international and multicultural environment Willingness to travel occasionally What we offer Join Euroclear and play a key role at the very heart of the global, Nordic, and Finnish financial markets.
